We pride ourselves in offering only the highest level of service. In line with our ethos we operate a very vigorous and thorough in house checking and validation process. All services are delivered in accordance with our clinical governance protocols and through our extensive expertise. We operate from a purposely fitted dedicated pharmacy hub (located in an industrial unit) without any interruptions from walk in customers, this allows our pharmacy team to purely concentrate on our care homes.
We ensure to maintain constant communication between yourselves and us, whether it may be a courteous call or query. All customers are provided with a direct contact to our pharmacists, who will always be on hand to offer advice and support.
We hold a strong emphasis on providing comprehensive clinical services and encourage regular multidisciplinary clinical medication reviews and ensure recommendations made where necessary to improve therapeutic efficiency are followed through. We always strive to improve collaboration and dialogue between GPs, primary care teams and specialists.
